In the world we know nothing can exist in two places at once: repetition is a disorder of the spacetime continuum (like the presence of the photograph is synonymous with physical absence of that what is presented). However, discovering the secrets of optical media we have learned to create copies, phantoms, prostheses of the physical world. The first ever copy was the mirror image – Narcissus looking at himself in the mirror of water. Most recent copies are advanced three-dimensional prints of objects created on the basis of complex scans. These two extremes of production constitute the frame of the series „If everything is repeating”.
